This is an in-person professional conference with no hybrid option or student pricing. Conference fees are:

Early Bird registration (available until Feb 15, 2024) – € 325 / person

Full registration (after Feb 15,  2024) – € 395 / person

Registration for delegates from LMICs,  Qualifying countries listed on the registration form (until May 15, 2024) – €280 / person. (LMIC price requires current address in, and travel from, said country).

Late registrations (after May 15,  2024) – € 495 / person – price applies to all late registrations

Conference registration includes all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and the Monday reception.

Publishing (open access) fee (for both scientific and best practice papers, optional for posters) – € 120 / article, includes VAT

Conference networking dinner  (Vaakuna Hotel, 10th floor)  € 100 / person, € 125 for non-delegates. The dinner is plant based and  restaurant will have a cash bar for alcoholic beverages. Prices include VAT.

Visa application letters

Visa information and visa application forms can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland website https://um.fi/visa-to-visit-finland/. If you need an invitation letter to apply for your visa, please send your request to congress.office@taloevents.fi after you registered to the conference and paid the registration fees. We only provide invitation letters to registered participants.
